Luxury cottage offering accommodation in single bedroom. Ideal for business trips and close to the Derwent Valley and Peak District. You have use of your own private lounge and use my of kitchen. Beautiful bedroom with large single (4’) bed with hanging rail for clothes. Luxury bed linen and towels provided. This room is directly opposite the large bathroom shared with myself. Continental breakfast available if required of bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt ,cereal, granola and seeds, tea & coffee. Spacious high spec cottage with dining kitchen , lounge and plenty of on street parking. Quaint front and back garden. Strictly over 18's only. *Please note, this is a very old beamed cottage with low ceilings and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues*
I live in and will interact as much or as little as you wish. Advice on the local area for restaurants, country pubs and walking or sight seeing in the beautiful Historic Derwent Valley.
2 miles from the lovely Belper town centre with award winning High Street with many individual shops. 20 minutes from Matlock Bath. 7 miles from Derby.
