Hilton House has recently been refurbished throughout with new decoration, new carpets, and new furnishings. The property is ideally located for Barnsley Hospital being only 0.25 miles away and within walking distance of Barnsley town centre. This property is suitable for a variety of guests such as short term workers, people visiting family and visitors for nights out. The property is ideally located for commuters to Wakefield and Sheffield being only minutes drive away from Junction 37 of the M1 motorway. The house is situated on a no through road and parking is usually available outside the property with no restrictions. We welcome our guests with a complimentary welcome pack which includes, tea, coffee, milk and toiletries. If you require anything further, then please do not hesitate to request this and we shall endeavour to meet your requirements.
Hilton House is one of the first properties that we have developed to rent out fully furnished a short term basis. Together we have been refurbishing properties for the past twenty years, and we have a successful portfolio of houses that we rent out on long term leases. We have experience of holiday lets as we successfully rented our holiday home in Spain for ten years and our feedback was exceptional. We pride ourselves on achieving a high standard of good quality accommodation, and we aim to please. Barnsley is our home town, and we find the people very friendly, and we love that we can be in the countryside after a short drive.
Hilton House is situated in a popular area between Barnsley Hospital and the Town Centre which is known for its excellent market. Just round the corner from the property is a park suitable for children to play. A little further is Locke Park which is a beautiful historical area full of children, dog walkers and runners. With the property being close to the town centre it has the added benefits of many local takeaways, restaurants and shops. There would be no need to have transport during your stay; however, if you had the advantage of a vehicle, a short drive away is the Peak District, Cannon Hall Farm, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Wakefield mining museum. All activities are affordable. We are more than welcome to advise about any local activities that you wish to pursue during your stay. Before I forget there is also the magnificent Metrodome Leisure Complex where you can swim, attend the gym and undertake many sports activities. People travel far to visit the Metrodome with children.
