Our home is a large three bedroom bungalow standing on an acre of land situated on the outskirts of the small town/village of Upwell. We keep Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Turkeys and Quails (hatching starts around late February) . With the addition of Pigs and Sheep. in the spring and summer. Not to forget our three much loved and well behaved dogs.

We took early retirement and moved from central Norfolk to our small holding in the Fen's, with the aim to become more self sufficient. We are both easy going and love to meet new people/friends and very much enjoy making seasonal Jams, Pickles and Chutneys. Care is given to growing our own meat all of which are available to purchase. We are actively involved with the Salvation Army both suppling goods and volunteering at the local community church.

Our closest neighbour runs fishing lakes and we are on the boarder of upwell and three holes. Upwell has a small supermarket, Post Office, a choice of two takeaways. Also available is Canoeing and Kayaking on the local river and Archery in Outwell. Within an approximate six mile radius there are several options to eat out. We are around 30 mins from both Kings Lynn and Ely and around 40 mins from Sandringham Estate . Lots more can be seen within reasonable traveling distance.
