I have retired at the ripe old age of only 53yo and have plans in the next couple of years to build out a campervan for life on the road before settling in France for my golden years with the doggiess (Albert 8yo, Dolly 4yo and Lulu 17yo - please pray for Lulu who came into our home in Jul26 at end-of-life for respite care….but is going strong still).

Property info

Large home with six available rooms of varying sizes and facilities - new to this platform (late April 2026). I have three friendly family dogs which are secure during check-in and check-out (6-8pm and 11am respectively) and overnight. There is also a stair gate to stop our lovelies sneaking upstairs and I have added a further gate in the hallway to ensure guests can come and go during their stay without a dog or two taking themselves for a walk. Please bear w me as I seek to make Honeydon the best home-guesthouse offering in St.Neots. There remains some outstanding decoration but I believe this does not affect the comfort of a guest(s) visit.

Neighborhood info

Very safe and peaceful in good location. Supermarket is a simple two minute walk away. There is always two parking spaces available at the property and these operate on a first come first secured basis. Plenty of street parking is easy with no disruption to neighbours if parked courteously of course. If there is a need to back a vehicle up to the house on the driveway, please do let me know in advance. This won’t be a problem at all.
