Inside, you’ll find generous living space, a modern fully equipped kitchen with island breakfast bar, comfortable beds, blackout curtains and everything needed for a relaxed stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and driveway parking, making the property ideal for families, contractors, university visits, group stays and guests exploring Durham. Located in a quiet residential area, the property is well placed for Durham City Centre, Durham University, Durham Cathedral, Beamish Museum, local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and major road links. A welcoming, practical and comfortable base for your Durham stay.
