Welcome to Hunters Lodge. We have a stunning newly renovated (Spring 2018) to a very high standard, 2 Bedroom Cottage in Poltimore, on the outskirts of Exeter. Set in the Devon Countryside but just 10 minutes from the heart of Exeter. Beautiful Country views in all directions along with colourful Sunsets and great for Stargazing on a clear night We live in the property next door so will be on hand to welcome you and help with anything required. We offer a home from home experience set is the heart of the beautiful Devon Countryside. The accommodation has been completely refurbished and includes a newly fitted Kitchen and Bathroom, an open plan living and Dining area, Bedroom one has a King sized bed and Bedroom two offers 2 single beds. An upstairs bathroom which includes and Bath and Shower. Facilities include: Fridge Freezer Double Oven and Hob Microwave Washing Machine 4 Slice Toaster and Kettle Large TV with Sky (plus Sky Sports) Free Wifi (although not fast) Garden dining set Iron and Ironing board Hairdryer Towels and Bedding Childs High Chair Country views in all directions along with ample parking. Lots of wildlife ** Please note that we are having some building work in our house which is next door so there could be some noise between 8am -5pm - we have reduced our standard daily rental to reflect this **

Quiet and rural with stunning sunsets and clears starry night skies This is a rural property but just 10 minutes from the centre of Exeter. You will need a car as we have no public transport
