The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Bishop Auckland is the closest town to the property and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, and things to do whilst on your stay. There is a bus station and shopping centre just minutes walk from the apartment with a great selection of supermarkets within easy reach. Bishop Auckland also has a train station with trains running Monday – Saturday and the closest motorway junction is only 7.4 miles from the apartment (J60 – Bradbury). The apartment overlooks the Bishop Auckland Tower and the Spanish Art Gallery is just 100 meters away. Auckland Castle is a 1 minute walk from the apartment and the location is perfect for people visiting Kynren. Kingsway Apartment is located on the first floor in Bishop Auckland Market place. On entry, there is a corridor leading with one single bedroom to the left. Further along the corridor is a second bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a kingsize bed. The third bedroom is to left at the end of the hall way which has fitted wardrobes, drawers and a beautiful view of Bishop Auckland market place and the new Tower building. Next to the master bedroom is a bathroom with a large shower, sink and w/c.  There is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, creating a large amount of social space. The lounge area has a large corner sofa with a Freeview Smart TV and a DVD Player, and there is a 5 seater dining table. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need throughout your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer compartment. There is secure off road gated parking that requires fob entry. Please note only one car parking space will be allocated.
