The owner lived in Japan, close to Kyoto, and worked as a school teacher. So impressed with the rich culture, beautiful scenery this area in Derby gave a reminiscent feeling of the peaceful, tranquility that exist in Kyoto. Just a drive around the corner there are shops that gives off a vibrant, youthful feeling. Situated within 3.5 miles from Intu Shopping Centre. The property has good links to the town centre with access to food places near the Littleover food strip, including English Breakfast, a Dessert Parlour, Indian restaurant and Pizza. Rolls Royce and NHS Derby City Hospital are close by with good links to the A38 for Toyota and Alton Towers
