Rebecca's place is a home from home caravan which we love as it spacious and light. We have kept it clutter free and tasteful so you and your family can make it feel like home and relax. The caravan has a double pull out bed in the living room, a large double room with an on suite and a twin room with room in between each bed. Both bedrooms have storage space in cupboards and drawers. The shower is simple but spacious for washing all the sandy sun filled days away before relaxing in the cosy living/ dining area with its open plan feel, equipped with WIFI and a smart TV compatible for all you gamers out there... (consoles not included) We have family board games and light changeable magic lanterns that are portable and chargable to create your own ambience. The kitchen has a 4 top gas hob, grill and oven with SWAN range pans to meet all your cooking needs, with a 4 slice toaster, egg steamer, Russel hobs illuminating kettle and large microwave. The fridge freezer is clean with ice trays for your summer drinks outside on our four garden chairs. The outdoor space does not have decking as we prefer the grass on the doorstep lending a sense of freedom. On the left of the van is a chalet meaning you are not over looked, behind us is a tall hedgerow giving you a secure and private feel. The van is four vans down from the main reception and easy to locate meaning your kids are not stuck in a maze of vans. At the front are two parking spaces and a road (5 mph zone) meaning kids in the garden have space to play safely. We get the sun in the garden all day into evening perfect for relaxing in. With two toilets your family can enjoy privacy and less morning queuing! The decor is simple with warm cosy throws and plenty of extra cushions which are all washable. We have an iron and ironing board if you fancy getting dressed up for the night. There is a hair drier in the main bedroom and fire alarms and extinguishers. We are pet friendly and a 5 minute walk to beach

We work in mental health and value family holidays, its so important to unwind without the need to worry about spending a fortune! We welcome you to Rebecca's place and have made it our mission for low income families to stay in a beautiful location right next to miles of beach and the beautiful clean sea's of Mablethorpe. We want you to enjoy our van as much as we do and are available over the phone should any issues arise. We love paddle boarding and wild swimming and love the local seaside attractions. This place is perfect for us and we hope it is for you too!

The site is quiet with a club house serving drinks and food, there is a laundrette (pricey at 5 pound to wash and 5 pound to dry) so bring what you need! Mablethorpe is a thriving seaside resort with amusements a funfair, miniature golf an amazing seafront café fish and chips galore, a cinema with a real retro vibe with daily showings in afternoon and evenings. It's all family friendly and a smaller town Mablethorpe has a Lidl and Tesco's for your grocery needs as well as a co-op in town, for essentials there is a minimart just five minute walk from the van The beach hosts "Sandy" the beach train which has been going for nearly 50 years! So much to do for families in Mablethorpe where tourists enjoy the smaller town feeling, so the kids can roam without them feeling too far away The local country side is stunning with lots of villages to explore, lush fields and easy going walks. The site itself serves cheap beer, has a BBQ area and a children's play area. Cedars bar has live shows and entertainment, a pool table and arcade our van is far away to not hear the noise but close enough to be there in five minutes! We have no doubt you will love your stay!!
