Shaun and Louise offer you a warm welcome to Lacet House Bed and Breakfast, situated in beautiful Ambleside in the heart of the Lake District, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Whether you are visiting for an overnight stay, short break or longer holiday we aim to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable in one of our 5 comfortable, individually styled double or twin rooms. We offer free parking to our guests in our on site car park. We are minutes away from the town centre where there are numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The bus stop is less than 10 metres up the road allowing travel around the Lake District without needing to drive.

Lacet House is in beautiful Ambleside in the heart of the lake district. It is a few minutes walk from the town centre where there are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes, traditional pubs, shops art galleries, cinemas, a climbing wall and a museum. We are aout 4 miles from Grasmere and Windermere and the bus stop is about 50 yards up the road giving easy access to nearby villages. Lake Windermere is less than a mile away and there are many spectacular walks starting from Ambleside.
