Please note that The Lake House Rooms at The Waterhead Inn is an old Victorian building with no lift. If guests smoke in the rooms, they may be charged one night's accommodation as a penalty.

Upon arrival, guests need to check in at The Waterhead Inn before making their way to their room within the Lake House building. The Lakehouse is an annex building across the road from The Waterhead Inn and access is via an incline. Check-in alongside breakfast is in the main Waterhead Inn building which is located across the road at the bottom of the incline.

Guests arriving after 20:00 are requested to inform the property prior to arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It may not be possible to accommodate guests in the same room for each consecutive night of their stay.

Pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please check availability prior to booking. A GBP 15 fee per pet per night applies, and guests are required to inform the property in advance.

Please note that if you require assistance setting up a twin bed, please request this via the Special Requests box during booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.

Please note that for group bookings (5 or more rooms), a non-refundable prepayment of 10% of the full amount is required at time of booking.

Payment for group bookings should be made via credit card or bank transfer within 6 weeks prior to arrival, together with the full rooming list.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
