After a busy day exploring beautiful Fermanagh, enjoying the wide range of water activities, or whatever brings you here, you can come back to this relaxing, newly converted loft apartment. It has the tranquility of country life, but still only one mile from the village of Derrylin. This apartment (upper floor) has one large bedroom that can cater for up to four people consisting of four single beds or a combination of single and doubles to meet your party requests up to a maximum of 4 persons. It has all the home comforts you want, including your own private driveway and garden. And if you need us, our family of four (and two dogs!) are on site in our family home, eager to make your stay an enjoyable one. We live on site so can be available for any queries you may have. We will make a welcome call to check you have all you need and make recommendations for your stay.

This area makes a good base to explore what Fermanagh has to offer. Set on a quiet country road, with distant views of Lough Erne. There are no less than 5 quays in the surrounding 3-4 mile radius where you can do watersports, boat hire, go fishing (packages available locally), take a dip in the calming lakes or have a go on an outdoor waterpark to name a few! Or if you want to unwind have some drinks, food and entertainment, overlooking lough Erne at Knockninny Country House and Porter Lounge (5 mins drive). Culcaigh boardwalk, the National Trust Crom Castle and Florencecourt House and Gardens and Irelands only Island town of Enniskillen are all within a 20 min drive. We are also bordering Co. Cavan with local towns of Belturbet and Ballyconnell within a 15 min drive opening up access to the Shannon Erne Waterways and many other attractions, including the Slieve Russell Hotel and its award winning 18 hole Championship Golf course and the award winning Seven Horse Shoes Olde world Bar and Restaurant.
