A warm friendly welcome awaits you at our unique .family home. Only one room is rented out in our home so no need for social distancing with any other guests . Enjoy staying in this listed Georgian property ( approx 200 years old) situated in a beautiful private setting whilst only minutes from Derry City centre . The property has been tastefully modernised retaining all of its original features. Presently we rent out a family room which consists of two charming,double,interconnecting rooms with an ensuite shower room. The private rooms are situated in a unique attic conversion on the top floor of the four storey Georgian property. They are ideal for a family,couple or individual traveller. Breakfast is served in the attractive conservatory overlooking the mature gardens.
Hi my name is Pamela - I live in Larchmount House with my husband Mark . We have 3 children , two of which have flown the nest and one at university . We enjoy travelling , meeting new people and welcoming visitors into our lovely home .
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with nearby woodland walks a country house hotel and church within walking distance. A five to ten minute drive or bus ride takes you to the beautiful historic City of Derry with the many tourist attractions,restaurants and nightlife. We offer private parking in a gated dwelling . City of Derry Airport is only a 15 minute drive away and there are regular bus links from Belfast airports. We are conveniently situated off the main Belfast road if travelling from Belfast . We are also very convenient for exploring the beautiful scenery and beaches of Donegal or the beginning of the spectacular coastline of the Wild Atlantic Way. A short drive also brings you to the stunning scenery of the Antrim coast .
