Situated centrally within Reading, Laurel House is ideally positioned for corporate and leisure accommodation due to its close proximity to Reading’s array of amenities and transport links. Thames Valley Park and Reading Main Train Station are both merely a 5-minute drive away, whilst the University of Reading is less than a 5 minute walk from the property. Whilst most other serviced accommodation are located in high rise buildings around the City’s busier areas, Laurel House is located in a quiet residential street just outside of the busy Reading Town Centre. The property features three unique and executive apartments, with each floor of the building boasting its own apartment. Each apartment benefits from a fully equipped, new and modern kitchen, a spacious living area, a peaceful bedroom and modern bathroom. Each kitchen has a washer/dryer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave and toaster for our guests use. We also provide cutlery, crockery and utensils to ensure that Laurel House can be classed as a home away from home. Each living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The bedrooms each have a dressing area/workspace, spacious wardrobes and a comfy double bed with our fresh, Egyptian cotton linen. Each bathroom benefits from high powered shower/baths and include towels and toiletries. Extra enticing amenities include a free on-site parking space, 1 per apartment and boasts a communal private porch with seating for all guests to enjoy during the warmer months!
