These serviced apartments are in the town centre, just a 2 minute walk from Leamington railway station and The Parade The one and two bedroom apartments comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with dining area, Master bedroom with En-Suite, Second bedroom a family bathroom . The Lounge has a Flatscreen TV with free wireless broadband. Secure Car Parking is also available(chargeable) The apartments are serviced once weekly and guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Several local restaurants offer delivery to the apartments and a shopping service is available (chargeable). For added peace of mind, access to both the apartments and car park are securely controlled by electronic keycode entry. For the comfort and security of all guests, the apartment is strictly for registered guests only. Multiple visitors, additional visitors, or unregistered occupants are not permitted at any time. Business activities are not allowed on the premises.

Neighborhood info

Guests will welcome the location of the apartment as they are situated close to The Train Station, The Parade, a short walk to Royal Pump Rooms, Jephson Gardens and The Royal Priors Shopping Centre, giving easy access to the town centre, restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities. These apartments are only 20 minutes drive from Stratford and Coventry and 10 minutes from Warwick so make an ideal base for those visiting there. Local shops are two minutes walk.
