Quiet semi rural location surrounded by fields whilst having excellent road and rail inks (A127 1 mile - M25 6 miles). Laindon C2C station to Fenchurch Street 3.6 miles. Eden Gardens wedding venue 250 yards and Friern Manor wedding venue 850 yards.
