Nice and spacious room. The receptionist on duty was really kind when my partner fell ill and could not get out of bed so she allowed us to check out a bit later so he could rest before we had our flight. It was an exceptional ask and I was grateful they could accommodate that.

Everything was fine from arrived to depart good check in breakfast very good room fantastic good supply of hot drinks and of course the igh welcome bag that we call the Goodies bag which she loves and looks forward to and of course igh points depending on spending

The property was absolutely amazing. The stay was really wonderful and the staff was very lovely. Would recommend to anyone, hands down!

It was very clean very tidy everything was on point. It is a small in size the hotel I mean, but the facilities are amazing for the price we paid. It is considered more than amazing and what matters to me is that the bathroom was clean, not outdated or rustic

The staff were exceptionally friendly, all three women working reception the evening and morning of our stay were so lovely and helpful and pleasant! Whoever watches over the messaging system was efficient and quick even when messaging outside of business hours with a question. All facilities were clean and easily accessible! Staff made it more than just a night away and I never mentioned it being my birthday but staff must have noticed in my information and even gave me a birthday card! The little things such as kindness and helpfulness and attention to detail was what made it special!

Staff very friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. The pillows, comforter and towels were excellent. The Carvery Restaurant offered great value for money and deliciously prepared food. Very quiet rooms. Ample parking.

Loved the history of the place and the way they have blended old with the new. Food was very good and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend over the normal Holiday Inn/Premier Inn type hotel.

Staff was exceptional 👌. Their smile was it for me.. I had a long delayed journey. I was welcome with smile and that helps. I am definitely coming back and have recommended county hotel. Close to the pub, but in a quiet separate building. Loved the interior deco of the room, tasteful and ‘country elegant.’ Reception crew is friendly and kind, as were the servers in the restaurant. The meal was delicious and the lager as well. I’d come back here in a heartbeat.

Pleasant and accommodating with a last minute reservation. Had heavy bags they didn't hesitate to help me with. Gave me helpful suggestions/recommendations to help me navigate getting currency exchanged. Even though I was too tired to participate, there was also a trivia night going on! Food was tasty as well.
