Great location for hikers/walkers and those wanting to explore the Mourne Mountains and also Tollymore Forest Pk is only a 10min drive away which ideal for those wanting to visit the Game of Thrones locations (see picture). We do not accept pets. Other local areas are Hilltown, Spelga Dam, the Magic Road, Silent Valley, Castlewellan Forest Park, Peace Maze, Royal Co Down Golf Course and Newcastle all within 10-15min drive. Newry is 20mins. Our local area is Newry and Mourne, a quick search should provide you with lots of useful information and events. Santa's Cottage, is only 7 miles away, so why not make it an overnight stay. We are approx 3 miles from Hilltown, Rathfriland and Kilcoo. Quite central really! Lyza's Loft is a large spacious ensuite bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. They are not separate bedrooms. There is a separate kitchen and games room, with pool table, which are solely for your use and no-one elses. This is where the sofa bed is situated. Guests have their own private entrance through the front door. You have complete privacy once you enter the front door as there is a locked internal door to our downstairs living area. The loft is upstairs and is for you to come and go as you so please. We are happy to interact with guests as required but respect your privacy. We hope you enjoy your stay. No pets please!
Lyza's Loft is a large spacious ensuite bedroom with a separate kitchen and games room, with pool table, which are solely for your use and no-one elses. It is a great area for hiking in the Mournes. Local areas of interest - Game of Thrones - Tollymore Forest Park Mountain Bike Riding - Rostrevor & Castlewellan Forest Park, Downshire Arms restaurant - Hilltown - Forest Park - Castlewellan - Royal County Down Golf Course - Newcastle - Santa's Cottage - Hilltown In the countryside, so you may have neighbours that are cows, hens, roosters and sheep!!
