The apartment features a spacious king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with twin single beds, making it perfect for couples, small families, or friends travelling together. Walk in shower room and large lounge with dining area. Recently fully refurbished, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area just a five-minute walk from central Balloch, the train station, and the beautiful shores of Loch Lomond. Restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within easy walking distance, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. Balloch station is a 4 min walk, with trains to Glasgow every 30 mins. The apartment is one floor up and has a small set of stairs inside and no stairgate. The small garden is a sun trap and fully fenced in. We have many beautiful hikes nearby and delighted to help plan your trip.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Balloch and the shores of Loch Lomond is 5 minutes walk away with its beautiful views, tourist attractions, restaurants and local transport links. Balloch station is 4 mins walk. The upper cottage flat has a well equipped kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms, one twin and a beautiful master bedroom. A streaming tv in the comfortable lounge as well as board games, books etc. A few minutes walk is the centre of the village of Balloch, with its choice of restaurants, pubs and tourist attractions. The apartment looks on to Argyll park and a 2 minute walk brings you to VOL Swimming pools, gym, bowling green, tennis courts and play parks. We welcome dogs at a small charge.
