Luca Apartment is located above our boutique Italian Restaurant , the style of the restaurant transcends into the apartment with its stylish , sophisticated yet relaxing decor and facilities. We are located in South Liverpool on a lovely high street that boasts an array shops & trendy local eateries , with excellent access to transport links to the City Centre and local attractions The apartment consists of an open-plan living/kitchen space ; we offer a one bedroom with double bed, lots of storage space for clothes. In the living area we have a large sofa- bed and a dining table that can double up as a desk/work space. Our brand-new bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Each room has been designed to a high spec to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. Situated above our boutique Italian restaurant also called 'Luca' we offer our guests 20% discounts off breakfast. This will be freshly prepared at the restaurant, just below the apartment.
