This is an 8 birth 3 bedroom caravan with all mod cons, bedding supplied. Bring your own towels, hand towels, and T towel if you do a lot of cooking in the caravan. TO BE AWARE: Please be mindful of what electrical goods are used as too many used at the same time may result in tripping the electric, as this is a caravan which can only have a certain amount of wattage used at the same time. Please remember this isn't a house where you can have lots of electrical items running at once. If it does trip, the box is outside under the main bedroom window, all you need to do is lift the lid up and lift the switch back up! Thank you for reading. Also, the use of our WiFi. Password is in the booklet on the table or on the board near the television. There is a a large veranda with a gate that locks if needed for young children. Heat panels in the bedrooms if needed on an evening. Please remember to turn them off when you are going out or checking out. New carpet in the lounge and two of the bedrooms new lino in the kitchen/dining area and hallway, toilet and bathroom. The pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Hi, our names are Mark and Teresa We live in Lancashire and have 5 children plus grandchildren. I am a senior carer for older people with Dementia also mental health conditions. This is our first holiday home, which we are letting out to families, I have tried to think of making it home from home with a few extras for the kiddies. Please feel free to message me if needs be. I will get back to you asap. We don't live local to the camp site but will try my best to rectify an issue if one comes up.

There is a family club on site called Sealands and Coral Beach Club, a Launderette on site where you get your wash tokens from the club across. Fantasy island theme park, markets, pubs, cafes, the beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. Skegness is about 15 min drive away or there is a bus stop outside the site what are frequent. If the grass is wet and muddy, please don't park on it. The caravan site owner will charge you if you get stuck and need to be pulled off.
