White House Farm has been part of the Marsh family for four generations. Our 106-acre farm is quite a modest sized estate by modern standards and in 2015 the remaining family members decided that we were no longer interested in traditional farming and eventually we decided to use the land to build a luxury campsite offering a mixture of traditional Mongolian Yurts, modern Nomadic Yurts and Log cabins.

Our yurts are placed within a Seventeen Acre Meadow, overlooking a fourth four acre family estate situated within the Vale of Belvoir, Nottinghamshire. We have created private, comfortable, spaces within each of our individually themed yurts ideal for a relaxing break away from normality.   The yurts have their own individual theme based on the four natural elements (Earth, Fire, Wind and Water) and our yurts have luxurious super king size beds for your comfort. Each yurt has its own purpose- built, private decked area for either relaxing in the sunshine or huddling around a fire pit, the decked area also comes equipped with its own outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ.   We have created a yurtsite where the layout encourages a community feel, which includes a central communal fire pit and a beautiful Log Cabin which provides ample shared facilities. The log cabin is equipped with Fridges, Oven, Microwave, kettle toaster, cooking equipment and utensils and a seated dining area. There are two double shower rooms included within the cabin which are the shared bathrooms for the yurts.

Our direct neighbouring area is a perfect example of the English countryside. We are quite central, so we are within a short drive of Nottingham, Sherwood forest, Lincoln Castle and Cathedral the Peak District and many more places of interest. The area is rich with history and there are numerous historical places to visit and activities to indulge in, plus a few quality eating establishments to whet your appetite.
