Intro - Executive Flat in the heart of Merchant City, George Square just round the corner. 6th floor, secured PARKING SPACE. The place is suitable for business people, travellers, families, couples. The Space - King size bed in the bed room. If you have a 3rd or 4th guest there are two sofabeds in the living (They are as comfortable as a sofabed can be, it cannot be compared to a proper bed) . Family bathroom(shower + bath) Closeby places - G1 area (Most Central). George Square, Buchanan Street, Restaurants, Designer shops, Bars, Cinemas within walking distance. House rules - No parties. No pets. No smoking inside the flat. Smoking is allowed on the Terrace. Respect the neighbours. Keep the parking remote and the fob keys safe, they are expensive to be made again. Guests will be charged if they loose the parking remotes or the fob keys! There is a 50inch Samsung Curved Smart 4K UHD TV in the living room connected to superfast internet. Items in he flat which must be handled with care. PlayStation 4/Games/Blue Ray Player, Netflix, Youtube availble. It's for the entertainment of guests. ENJOY your stay and take care of the flat as if it's yours :)
