Spacious cottage dating back to the 17th century, lots of characture and period features and has been modernised to provide a cosy and comfortable holiday home. to the rear is a court yard garden with seating and BBQ. Please note there are steep staircases within this property

Yoxford is a beautiful village within the suffolk coastal area, it is a great base for exploring with aldeburgh and southwold about 30 minuets away. RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich beach are approx 6 miles away. Yoxford has 2 pubs and several restaurants and all within walking distance from the cottage which is set in the High steet. Also there are numerous antique shops in the area for you to explore. There is also a well stocked grocery store, but main supermarkets are only 10 minuets drive away. If you enjoy walking there are lots of footpaths that surround the village and gives you a chance to explore.
