The Chaff House is a four-star holiday apartment, which is suitable for four guests. The accommodation is situated on one floor, providing easy access for all visitors. The entrance is located adjacent to the gravelled parking area. Once inside, you are greeted with a tiled hallway, which is the centre of the cottage and accesses each room. The lounge is fully furnished with two generous sofas, offering entertainment from a smart TV. Two windows also overlook the working farm. The oak fitted kitchen/breakfast bar area is well equipped. A dining table is also provided. Beyond the lounge lies a double bedroom, furnished with wardrobe space and a high ceiling. The bathroom offers a toilet, towel rail, washbasin and a shower enclosure. Neighbouring this, you are greeted with the second bedroom, which sleeps two guests (twin beds). Externally, there is a secure garden and patio area with barbeque. The garden and patio area are shared with the adjacent cottage, The Oast House.

Sally and Richard purchased Mintridge in 1997. They restored redundant farm buildings to diversify their agricultural business. Sally runs the farm at Mintridge (with a bit of help from Richard!) and can be found on site everyday. Their son, James, handles online bookings.
