Beautiful modern flat with open plan kitchen/lounge area, 1 double bed and 1 bed which can be made single or double. 1 bathroom and private outside courtyard. Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped TV/Linen/Towels. Unrestricted parking. Easy transport links to nearby cities eg: St Andrew’s, Carnoustie and Dundee. *Please note dogs can be added onto the booking for an additional charge (per dog)*
