Loft Lowen is a modern reverse level town house, with two bedrooms, open plan light and airy living room with high ceilings and juliette balcony, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for the whole group. The bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower over. Guests can expect luxury bed linen and that hotel feel. This industrial look town house is situated within walking distance of the promenade and all Penzance has to offer. Everything in the property is brand new, also has a Nespresso Machine.

The property is Located a stones throw from Penzance town Center, situated just off Bread Street. Bread street is an old market street it has a few of its own shops that have been around for years, such as Mounts Bay Wine selling fine wines and Cornish wine ale & spirits. Archie Brown’s selling veggie/ vegan meals and snacks and delicious coffee, check out the health food store or the cafe upstairs. Garbo house yoga studio (book in advance) The crown pub (local favourite) You can go down Bread Street and right down arcade steps to get to the town Center in less than 3 minutes.
