'New' Musselshell Lodge is nestled in a spectacular setting near the shores of Loch Fyne, Otter Ferry on the Ballimore Estate. Designed to enjoy the peaceful surrounds and tranquil waterside location. A welcoming 3 bedroom lodge, Musselshell is a perfect hide-away to relax and unwind in a beautiful and magical setting. Newly refurbished the interiors are of a modern and comfortable standard. The lodge comprises of a spacious open plan living area with comfortable lounges, large TV screen, and an inviting wood burning stove. Wonderful views are featured from the comforts in your living room through the large windows. On chilly evenings cosy up and stretch out in front of the wood burner with a good book and your favourite tipple. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances, open dining area seats up to 6 guests, you can even catch glimpses out to sea from the dining table. The master bedroom offers lovely views over the bay, simply breathtaking to wake up to. Both spacious and light with your own ensuite (shower & toilet only) this is a perfect haven for a romantic retreat. There is a lovely double and twin bedroom with a family bathroom.

Views of the sea loch, changing tides and abundance of sea birds are just some of the highlights in this special place. Coming soon for summer 2021 will be an outside deck to enjoy. The lodge is ideally situated 50 metres from the beach front, with direct access it is idyllic for a lazy day’s beachcombing and long walks. The sunsets you will experience are heavenly. Musselshell Lodge is a special place that will have you return year after year. Ideal for a family holiday, a romantic honeymoon, a special occasion or simply to escape the world. Within walking distance (0.8 mile) the well-known Oystercatcher restaurant in Otter Ferry is located on the waterfront offering first class food and award-winning ales brewed locally in the nearby Fyne Ales Brewery at the top of Loch Fyne. A wonderful base to explore the boundless historical and scenic attractions that are on offer in this beautiful region, to the many leisure pursuits including walking, hiking, cycling, fishing and sailing, there is something for all. Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban.
