One of the things I enjoy most about hosting is knowing people can come and enjoy the local area while staying in a home that feels clean, practical and welcoming. The property is professionally managed and prepared to a high standard, with support from a professional cleaner to help ensure every stay is as smooth as possible. For guests staying longer, additional cleaning can also be arranged at an extra cost. I also have a strong interest in property, which is a big part of why I enjoy hosting. Our Holiday Home is well placed for guests wanting a seaside stay with easy access to both Wallasey and Liverpool City Centre. The property is close to Liscard, where guests can find everyday shopping and services at Cherry Tree Shopping Centre, including stores such as Primark, Costa, Home Bargains, Specsavers and more. St Brides Road also has nearby bus stops, and Wallasey Village and Birkenhead North stations are both within easy reach for rail connections. For the beach, New Brighton is the main local destination and is one of the Wirral’s best-known coastal spots. It offers a sandy beach, scenic promenade and waterfront views across Liverpool Bay and the River Mersey. From this address, guests can usually reach New Brighton in under 10 minutes by car, or by bus/train in roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on the route, the seaside is also walking distance via the promenade next to the property. Wallasey Village to New Brighton is only about 7 minutes by train. The promenade area is also a strong entertainment hub. Marine Point sits right by the beach and prom and brings together restaurants, shopping and leisure in one spot. For Everton fans, the club’s new Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is also nearby by city standards. The closest rail station to the stadium is Sandhills, and matchday shuttle and bus services operate from Liverpool and surrounding areas.
