Hello, I am Mathew. I would like to welcome you to the beautiful town of Kenilworth (ranked as the happiest place to live in Midlands, in a 2019 survey). I revolve around my happy family and outside the home, I enjoy sports, love travelling and exploring new places.

The studio has it's own private entrance and you will be allocated a space in private driveway parking. The apartment has luxurious bedding and a new kitchen with all modern appliances. The kitchen facilities include an Electric Hob, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Microwave Owen, Toaster & Kettle. The lounge area is fitted with 43" TV having Netflix & Amazon Prime enabled so if you want to catch your favourite tv series or news, look no further.

Kenilworth is known for its outstanding natural beauty and linked walk routes through to enjoy the countryside. Historic Kenilworth Castle is a 20-minute walk away. Good for people working away from home, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
