The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Langley Park is around 10 minutes drive from Durham, though there are busses which run regularly into Durham and surrounding villages. Newcastle is around 30 minutes drive from the property and you can also easily access the Durham Dales for some fabulous walks. Diggerland is close by and Hall Hill Farm is a short drive away. On entry is the open plan lounge and dining area with the lounge area including a TV, a large sofa and an arm chair and a four seater dining table. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washer dryer, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a dining area in the kitchen that has a four seater dining table. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a single bedroom with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay.
