Sleeping up to ten guests, the house includes four double bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the entertainment / chill-out room. The property suits couples travelling together, families sharing rooms, or larger groups wanting flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedrooms are simple, fresh and functional, with firm orthopedic mattresses designed for supportive sleep after a day exploring the area. The main lounge offers a cosy place to relax, while the additional entertainment / chill-out room provides extra flexibility as a kids’ area, second lounge, or additional sleeping space when the sofa bed is in use. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for home cooking, making longer stays easy and convenient. The bathrooms are practical and well arranged for group stays. At the front of the house is a small outdoor area where guests can enjoy some fresh Yorkshire air. Garden Information The property also benefits from access to a separate wildlife-style garden area located behind the terrace. To access the garden, guests must walk around the row of terraced houses and down a set of steps. The garden is private for guest use, however it sits alongside neighbouring open garden plots, typical of Hebden Bridge hillside homes. Please Note: The property is arranged over four steep floors and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Please Note: This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours on both sides. No hen parties, stag parties or events are permitted. Please Note: Dogs are welcome downstairs only and are not permitted upstairs or in bedrooms. Please Note: Cats are not permitted at the property.
