Oak Lodge consists of an open-plan area with a kitchen including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a twin and a double bunk room, along with a bathroom with bath and basin, a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and an additional WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with decking, lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. This is a non-smoking property. Heat, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Your journey to Derbyshire is guaranteed to be one to remember with a stay at Oak Lodge. Note: Property is accessible for wheelchairs. Hire of a commode, hoist, shower chair, travel cot or highchair available on request. All-terrain tramper, scooter and wheelchair are also available to hire on request but at a cost paid directly to Rosliston Forestry Centre.

Rosliston is a quaint village settled in the countryside of Derbyshire. Twycross Zoo is an ideal day out for animal lovers, and guests can enjoy walks and birdwatching at Cannock Chase National Landscape. The village is close to Burton-on-Trent's train station, which can take guests directly into the bustling city of Birmingham, home to many bars, art galleries, museums, and the well-known Birmingham Christmas Markets. This village is also within reach of the incredible scenery of the Peak District National Park, where there are many stunning walks, mountain biking routes, and adventure sports opportunities. Places to visit here include Luds Church, The Roaches, Dovedale, and Three Shires Head.
