Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The pool is heated from March - October, the pool opening hours are from 8am - 7pm. Quiet times outside from 10pm - 8am. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport. Pool Information Open from 8am - 7pm Children should be supervised at all times Adults should not swim alone Pool depth from 1m - 2m The pool and facilities are only for guests staying in the home Please close the cover when not in use as it keeps the pool warm for the next guests Smoking and vaping to take place on the terrace only and not in the property
