Stylish and contemporary, filled with high-end interiors, enjoy modern living in this striking two-level property. Beautifully restored and transformed into a luxury three-bedroom holiday home. Perfect for couples or a family looking to explore the spectacular West Coast of Scotland. Interior Step inside to the inner entrance hall where you have access to three spacious bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom features an ensuite wet room. Take the spiral staircase to the upper level where you will find a wonderful open plan living space, with a lounge, dining area and kitchen, featuring full length glass windows to enjoy the panoramic views. A space for guests to relax after a day of exploring the region. Sink into the sofa with a glass of wine and snuggle up to watch the latest movie or simply enjoy the everchanging views. For entertainment there is free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a Sono sound system. On colder evenings there is a wood burner to keep you toasty and warm. Cook and dine with a view in the stunning kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The region has an abundance of local produce to encourage guests to sample and be creative in the kitchen. Please ensure children are supervised at all times inside the house with the spiral staircase and on the terrace. Sorry no pets allowed. Strictly no events, hen or stag parties. Access: The property is accessed by six steps to the front entrance. There is an interior spiral staircase to the upper living area and terrace. The spiral staircase is not suitable for small children. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Tighnabruaich is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, also known as Argyll's Secret Coast. Close by is the main street of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafes and friendly pubs.

Set near the waterfront in the heart of Tighnabruaich, this upper apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the Kyles of Bute and the surrounding region. Guests can step straight into village life, with local arts and crafts, cafés, pubs and beautiful coastal walks all just moments away. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, spot wildlife including deer, otters, red squirrels and golden eagles, or take to the water with local operators. Paddle boarding is popular here, thanks to the calm and scenic waters. The village pubs are close by, while Portavadie’s restaurants, shops and luxury spa are only a 4 mile drive away. Golfers can visit the nearby nine‑hole Kyles of Bute Golf Course. Day trips are easy from this central location. Visit historic Inveraray and its famous castle, take the ferry to the Isle of Bute to explore Mount Stuart House, or head to Oban, one of Scotland’s top seafood destinations.
