Having grown up in the area we have lots of local knowledge and can help you find lots of special places and experiences to enjoy during your stay. The history of the town, and the property is very special, one we love to share with vistors.

The properties are stylish and luxurious, yet still comfortable and cosy. High quality furnishings and fittings throughout, high spec technology including sonos sound system in every room (and an Ipad to operate it), superfast free wifi, large TVs, luxurious toiletries - real home from home. Each of the properties has its own unique character thanks to the many original features of the house. The history of the properties adds to the special atmosphere.

Neighborhood info

Southam is a small market town surrounded by beautiful countryside. In the centre of the canal network there are lots of tow paths to explore as well as nearby country parks and country walks. WIthin easy driving distance of Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick and it's stunning castle, and the Regency splendour of Leamington Spa there are plenty of places to visit. Abbey Lane is a few minutes walk from Southam town center, within the conservation area.
