Perfect for getting away from the crowds, Orchard Cottage is tranquil, quiet and peaceful, occasionally interrupted by passing tractors. It is within a small farming community with single-track roads leading to main roads. From Tiverton, please use the main road beyond Calverleigh to access Loxbeare village. Do not go through Lurley. A maximjm of 2 Dogs are welcome but must not be left in the Cottage unattended. The woodburner in the lounge is unusable. The 2-storey Cottage has 1 King-size Bedroom with en-suite Shower and WC, 1 Twin Bedroom with en-suite Bath and WC, a large Lounge with 55inch TV, large chaise plus a sofa that converts to a Double bed, a Dining Table and 8 chairs, and a fully fitted Kitchen, including kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small garden area to the side of the Cottage that is for the use of guests, accessible from the terrace. There are USB points in both bedrooms and the lounge.

Orchard Cottage is close to the A361 North Devon Link Road which goes southwards to Tiverton and the M5 or northwards to Barnstaple and the North Devon coastal resorts of Clovelly, Bideford, Westward Ho!, Braunton, Croyde Bay, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Lynton. The nearest railway station is Tiverton Parkway, 12 miles from Orchard Cottage.
