Situated in a Georgian Country House estate, Orchard Lodge is a south facing self-contained property within a rural, peaceful, secluded location overlooking the river Avon with Avon valley views to be enjoyed from an extensive sun deck/terrace. The lodge is nestled within native woodland, pleasant walks can be enjoyed within the 22 acre estate or why not try one of the trails around Glassford. Private fishing available on the river Avon (brown trout and grayling).
I love living in the countryside and feel very lucky to live where I do and to have grown up here. I’d like to share some of the beautiful surroundings I have so that others can enjoy them too. I also love meeting people and extremely proud to be able to show guests around my home.
Very private setting located along an avenue with the main Georgian House being situated on 22 Acres of grassland comprising the river Avon, walled garden, extensive lawns and woodland. Local Historical site containing standing stones overlook the property. Private parking for guest house which is a short walking distance from the main Georgian property. There are a few steps and paths to navigate prior to entering the guest property. The property is remote with extensive private grounds and gardens to enjoy with many beautiful flora and fauna.
