All the accommodation is on the ground floor so may suit guests with restricted mobility. This cosy apartment is semi-detached from the owner’s bungalow. The property is situated in the peaceful rural village of Llwyncelyn, with a 20 minute walk from a small shingle beach at Gilfach-yr-Halen, which leads onto the Cardigan Bay Coastal Path walk.

Myself and my husband Roger enjoy spending time with our family and love the outdoor life. Walking the Cardigan Bay Coastal path is one of our favourite walks. We have been meeting and greeting guests from all over the world for over 14 years and we enjoy sharing our local knowledge and are looking forward to meeting our future guests. The Moody Cow restaurant, pub, Just 2 miles away is the picturesque Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, with unique shops and many good restaurants providing the finest foods from locally sourced ingredients. Here you will find that festivals and various events are held throughout the summer, such as a seafood festival, a cider and beer festival, a festival celebrating Welsh ponies and cobs, a mackerel festival, a carnival and more. In the winter, Aberaeron is more peaceful but all pubs and restaurants remain open. Inland, you can explore the lush Aeron valley and visit the National Trust mansion at Llanerchaeron, an elegant Georgian villa set in the wooded Aeron Valley. Remarkably, unchanged for over 200 years, this self-sufficient estate includes a farm, walled gardens and a beautiful lake full of wildlife. Enjoy a coffee and a cake here before taking a leisurely stroll back alongside the old railway path through the beautiful woodland to the Georgian town of Aberaeron. There are 60 miles of glorious coastal path if you enjoy walking, and lots of towns and villages to explore. The beaches and coves at Cwm Tydu, Llangrannog, Tresaith and Aberporth are just a short distance away.
