-Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay.

-Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.

-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee

-No stag or hen parties allowed.

-No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.

-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged

-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
