Downstairs includes a small kitchen with a hob, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle and microwave (no oven) and a spacious living area with a sofa bed, TV, and table that can seat four people. The bedroom and en-suite can be found upstairs, where there is space to store belongings, and a dressing table that could also be used as a desk. The annexe is spacious for two people and can host up to four people using the sofa bed. The apartment looks out onto a large leafy garden, with beautiful oak trees that provide shade and plenty of garden birds. The annexe is filled with amenities to have everything you will need for your stay for convenience, and if you require anything additional for your stay then please don’t hesitate to ask.

There is free, off-street parking in an extremely quiet location that boasts fantastic transport links including direct trains to central London from Ravensbourne station (just five minutes walk away) and a direct bus to Beckenham high street (or 1 mile walk). The beautiful Beckenham Place Park is a couple of minutes walk away.
