Pear Tree is a newly refurbished and tastefully decorated self catered apartment, ideal for a couple. There is a small courtyard with table and chairs and a firepit/BBQ. Located near the beautiful beaches and harbour of Seatown, Cullen, makes it a perfect place for exploring the coastal paths. A short walk to restaurants, takeaways and the shops. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is available at The Royal Oak Hotel. Cullen Sea School offer paddle board and kayak hire and lessons. The key is available from The Royal Oak Hotel, 34 Castle Terrace, Cullen AB56 4SD

I own The Royal Oak Hotel and have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. I enjoy a game of golf on Cullen Links, Kayaking, Wild Swimming in the sea and a ride on my electric bike along the coastal paths. I like to promote local produce which is reflected on our menu at the hotel.

Cullen is famous for Cullen Skink which can be sampled at our hotel, The Royal Oak. Cullen Ice Cream Shop is another popular choice. There is an abundance of Antique and Bric a Brac shops, Art Gallery and Gift Shops. There are several eating out options and a couple of takeaways. Lots of local walks around the area and along the coastline. Less than a 20 minute drive takes you into Speyside Whisky country, where you can visit world famous distilleries. Spey Bay is only a short drive where you may get the opportunity to view dolphins and drop into the Dolphin Centre.
