This luxury modern cottage is situated within a 10 minute walk from the breath-taking Portstewart Strand beach. Elegantly furnished and decorated throughout with open plan living area extending onto large, secure south facing garden. A barbeque and garden furniture are also provided. This property offers a luxurious home from home - ideal for a family getaway.

With activities such as golf, horse-riding, deep sea fishing, beach or hill walking, cycling or surfing there is much to keep everyone, of all ages entertained. Portstewart area has a number of picturesque coastal towns and villages within close proximity. These include Portrush, Castlerock, Portballintrae and Ballycastle. The Glens of Antrim, White Park Bay, the world famous Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Ballintoy Harbour and Rathlin Island are among a wide range of stunning places worth a visit and are just a short drive away. There are local buses to take you to local towns as well as the train station in Coleraine should you wish to visit other towns and cities across Northern Ireland. It is recommended to take the train from Coleraine to Derry/Londonderry where you will experience stunning coastal views of the region.
