Pendragon, A Hidden Gem in Cornwall’s Natural Beauty Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pendragon is the perfect base for exploring West Cornwall. With both the North and South coasts just 3 miles away, you’ll have easy access to stunning beaches, including the iconic Pedn Vounder, as well as miles of open countryside and dramatic coastal scenery. This charming two‑storey, self‑contained cottage is attached to our main house and has been fully refurbished to offer comfort, warmth and traditional cottage character. Roadside parking is available for one car beside the cottage, with space for additional vehicles within 10 metres. Downstairs features an inviting open‑plan living area with adjustable lighting, a smart TV, and a cosy log burner beneath an oak mantle (fuel provided for your first fire). Limestone flooring and soft leather sofas create a relaxing atmosphere. The well‑equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and a dining table for easy meals at home. Upstairs are two simple, comfortable double bedrooms: one with an oak king‑size bed, the other with two oak single beds that can be placed together if needed. Both rooms include a tub chair and oak storage. The shower room is compact but practical, with a good‑sized walk‑in electric shower, toilet and wash basin. Outside, enjoy a private patio with seating, solar lighting, an outdoor tap and a safe area for disposable BBQs, all overlooking the garden. Minimum stays: 2 nights from mid‑September to June (flexible arrival days), and 4 nights from late June to mid‑September. Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 9:30am. Fully fire‑safety compliant.
