Welcome! We love meeting new people and enjoy hearing about your trip and why you are visiting Hatton. Our children (7+3 years) sell free range eggs from their little honesty box at the front of the house, so we are all industrious. Enjoy!

Property info

We hope you will enjoy our newly renovated manor house. We have two rooms included within an entire annex (West Wing of the main house) that are available for guests to rent. The Deluxe Room has a power shower, comfortable bed, new sofa, new carpet and lovely views to the rear. Whilst the Deluxe Suite is large with the benefit of a seating area, antique furniture and a roll top bath for a bit of added luxury. This room also has a lovely outlook at the rear. Both rooms and the West Wing have been renovated to a high standard and we hope that you will enjoy a little added luxury when you stay with us. You will see sheep in the field and if you are lucky wild red deer outside in the gardens early in the mornings. There also buzzards and swallows and the greater spotted woodpecker.

Neighborhood info

Hatton is a lovely rural location yet within easy reach of Warwick/Stratford and the Cotswolds are close by for explorers. For those with a business purpose the house is well located for all motorway networks (particularly the M40). Birmingham Airport/NEC are within 20 mins. Birmingham can be reached in 25 mins from the nearby station. We are close to Warwick Castle and there are lovely walks along the close by Grand Union Canal, with high quality local pubs such as the Hatton Arms/Fleur de Leys/Saxon Mill.
