1 of 2 delightful ground floor apartments (also see Lanescot) In a quiet road, just one street up from the harbour with terrace overlooking the harbour and out to sea and to the countryside surrounding Looe.The accommodation has a feel of relaxed beachside living and comprises a very stylish open plan living room with dining area. Free WIFI. Smart TV .Good quality bedlinen, bath towels etc. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach with direct access to the SW coastal path
The kitchen is well fitted with a Neff electric hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge withreezer compartment and a washer/drier. There is also a NESPRESSO Coffee Machine with Areoccino3 Milker. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished and the modern walk-in shower, recently upgraded ,completes the accommodation. . This is a lovely apartment that will be appreciated by guests seeking a restful holiday within easy reach of all the amenities afforded by the picturesque port of ancient Looe inc. "The Sardine Factory" With Award-winning Chef Benjamin Palmer (Master Chef)..Just 2min walk away in West looe
I am an old bat who bought this property because I love the view and the relaxing nature of Looe, I am so happy to share the apartment with others who enjoy excellent Cornish food and a laid back way of life. So lovely having breakfast on the terrace looking at the fishing fleet coming in with the tide ebbing and flowing, and a drink in the Jolly Sailor in the evening! The little local shops can supply you with whatever you need and there are plenty of excellent restaurants to feed you during your stay. My excellent housekeepers are on hand with any problems but the only problem will be you dont want to leave!!

The living area French Doors lead to the small terrace at the front of the building with outdoor furniture. A great spot to sit with a drink while the tide ebbs and flows and take in the views! Outdoor furniture is within the apartment. With The South West Costal Path only a couple of minutes walk away
Our housekeeper is available for any emergencies. Her number will be sent with our welcoming letter after booking is made.
Fine for all who can manage the few steps involved. Sorry no pets or smoking in the property but considerate smoking on terrace accepted. Beach towels not supplied
A daily or weekly parking pass may be purchased for a large car park a 5/7minute walk away. There is free parking on the nearby Hannafore road.
