The property is newly refurbished throughout situated on the 2nd floor. It is a two bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen dining area. There is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Netflix with tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms. Gas central heating, fully fitted kitchen. There is a double bed in one bedroom and singles in the second bedroom which convert to a king size bed.

The property is close to Liverpool centre. Aintree racecourse is 2 miles away. Train station in just off Rice Lane. Albert Docks is 5.8 miles away.
