A 20 minute river side walk sees you in the heart of Lincoln and the university. 100 yards from Lincoln indoor bowling club and the 50- Acres of Boultham park with its lakeside walks, café and free to use tennis courts and putting green in the summer months. An abundance of pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk or just chill out on your patio with your favorite tipple and something on the BBQ provided wi-fi included
