Neat and standard double bedroom in my house to share with a guest. The house is 6 in a quiet area, close to the bus stop and train station(Langley Mill) connecting Nottingham, Heanor and Derby. About 20 minutes drive to the University of Derby. This space can take two adults. Comfortable with a TV for entertainment. You have the toilet and bathroom to yourself on the same floor, and the kitchen is downstairs. Mild cooking is allowed in the kitchen. There is also a great space to work with fast Wi-Fi at 105.0 Mbps for remote workers

I studied at the University of Hertfordshire and work as a Learning Designer. I speak English and I always welcome my guests with coffee, tea or soft drinks. My interests include, board games, cooking, films, food, outdoors, reading and travel.

Very quite neighbourhood. There is a park directly opposite Butcher's way, the turning that leads into the house.
