A warm, bright & comfy home situated in the heart of Kennet Island. The property has 2 parking spaces (with possibility of 2 extra spaces for stays less than 3 days in duration - Parking Control Management restrictions on Visitor permit validity restrictions), a 50" smart TV with Netflix included, fully equipped kitchen, a board game, and a retro games console with 4 controllers and a variety of games. You can choose the bed setup: Bedroom 1: One king or two singles / Bedroom 2: One king or two singles / Bedroom 3: One small double. We have also a sofa bed in the living room.

Neighborhood info

Based on the new development of Kennet Island, the neighbourhood is quiet, clean and friendly. It is a 5 minute drive from the centre of town, and a 5 minute drive to the M4 junction and to Green Park. In under a 10 minute walk there is a major supermarket, a petrol station, Pure gym and some local pubs and restaurants. In Kennet Island itself there is a small square with a convenience store, cafe, bus stop and a play park 1 minutes walk away. Reading train station is part of the Elizabeth Line, a new extension of the London Underground. Offering a direct connection that goes to Central London and all the way through to East London, making visiting London simple and easy.
